Error Message:
HTTP Server: Unable to open notes message queue
Solution:
You have to unload the ST or Traveler servlet's services before restarting or starting if they are already running. Or, you can restart the Domino server.
e.g.
tell staddin quit
tell traveler quit
To start Traveler:
load traveler
To stop Traveler:
tell traveler shutdown
or
tell traveler quit
To restart Traveler:
restart task traveler
