Issue:
On Traveler system, you restarted http via restart task http. When http restarted, it displays an error message.
Traveler: Unable to open notes message queue. Note: A similar error can happen on a Sametime server, too.
Solution:
Next time, do tell http quit and load http instead.
To fix it this time, simply tell traveler quit and then load traveler. HTTP is also automatically started with the Traveler task.
