To make Sametime start when workstation is started:
1. Locate the plugin_customization.ini located in the ..\lotus\Sametime Connect\rpc folder.
2. Open it in notepad, add this line:
com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.imhub/launchAtStartup=true
Alternately, you can put the Lotus Sametime shortcut that is installed on your desktop in your windows Startup folder, too.
To make the buddy lists auto-sync, set this line to true:
com.ibm.collaboration.realtime.imhub/autoSyncDefaultCommunityBuddyList=true
