INVOICE REMITTANCE & INQUIRIES ADDRESS:
Payment on all recording services are due at time of service, before the project is released to the client. There are no exceptions.
CONSULTATIONS & APPOINTMENTS:
We do not have drop-in hours. Please contact us to schedule the studio for any in-house consult, service, or tour. All consultations, recording sessions and tours require a prior confirmed appointment at least 1 full week in advance. Clients will be given the studio address upon confirmation of being on the schedule.
BUSINESS HOURS:
Our normal Mindwatering business hours are Monday through Friday, between 9 AM - 6 PM, Eastern Standard Time. The studio schedule is generally, although not always, separate from Mindwatering/SMS business hours. Saturday and evening hours are often available.
Both Mindwatering and SMS observe most national United States holidays. Some exceptions can be made for recording projects.
