Introduction
To exempt hair particle physics from a physics effect.
Example:
You have a force field with a Harmonic setting but you do not want your character's hair to react to the force field. Changing the Harmonic scroll setting in the Particle tab from 1 to 0 makes the hair "ignore" the force field and act normally.

Steps
Select the object with the hair particle
Properties -> Particle tab -> Force Fields -> change 1.000 to 0.000 on the force field bar
