In MS Outlook, to view the "Internet Header" source, you need to be in the Messaging Options dialog for that e-mail/message,
1. Highlight the desired message in your In-box or other folder.
2. Right click, you should see the option Message Option ...

3. In the Message Options dialog, look for the Internet headers section.
The Received lines of text contain the breadcrumbs of how this message got to you.
