Issue:
High latency of Notes client and web-mail users over satellite or International trunks is causing time-outs on replication of larger attachments in e-mails or lots of changes.

Possible Solution:
Update the TCP/IP Network adapter on the PC(s) or server behind the Satellite or ISP Modem:

TCP RECEIVE WINDOW : 224360
WINDOWS SCALING : YES
TIME STAMPING : NO
SELECTIVE AKS : YES
PATH MTU DISCOVERY : YES
BLACK HOLE DETECTION : NO
MAX DUPLICATE AKS : 3
TTL : 64
MTU : 900
