How to make Symphony documents (either via e-mail or desktop/file system) open in a new window when clicked when Notes is running.
1. Go to the "Open" List (or bookmark bar if docked).
2. Right click a Symphony icon (e.g. Document, Presentation, or Spreadsheet).
3. Click (check on) the option "Always open in New Window".
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other two programs.
