Issue:
Received a new server to manage that is a current release, but when HTTP is restarted, we get the missing servlet (bootstap) message.
Things to check:
1. Look for the standard files left over:
- sametime.ini
- ST* and st*
(careful a couple things that start with st are not Sametime).
- LST*
- Sametime*
- servlet.properties
2. Server document
Server server document doesn't have "is a Sametime server" flagged still
This one appears to have someone gotten a servlet.properties file.
/local/notesdata/servlet.properties
$ cat servlet.properties
... lots of st entries...
$ rm servlet.properties
