Issue:
Occasional BSOD when loading CDs or USB Sticks (for new drive letters). BSOD message blames DRVMCDB.SYS with "Page_Fault_in_Nonpaged_Area fault".

Resolutions:
DLA (Drive Letter Access) has a conflict/incompatibility with another application on the system.

1. Upgrade DLA (e.g. upgrade Sonic CD recording software which installed the DLA system.)
Creator 10 will resolve the compatibility issue with Vista. (Supposedly there is no incompatibility, it was a "clerical error" according to Sonic's knowledgebase article 131CR.)
There are also patches available for both the 32bit and 64bit versions of Vista.

2. Disabled DLA.

Start --> Run
Type "msconfig" in the Open box and click OK to launch the System Configuration Untility (SCU).
In the SCU, click/choose the Startup tab.
Look for the item tfswctrl.exe or tfswctrl and uncheck the option to disable it.
Click Apply and Close.
Choose Restart in the restart dialog.

3. Remove DLA.
Start --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs
Wait for list to load.
Locate Drive Letter Access or DLA or Sonic DLA in the list of applications.
Choose Remove
Wait while program is removed.
Close the Control Panels windows. Restart if prompted.
