Cost of shipping assumes one CD set shipped to the contiguous US via the USPS with a standard ground rate. Additional copies of each item ship for just $1 each. Should you like to order in bulk, or via a faster delivery, please write for details. If you bought multiples of an item and need to ship to different destinations, please include the second address in the comments box. NC residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax. If you are local to the Mindwatering / South Main offices, you are welcome to pick up your CD(s) and save on the shipping. Just say you'd like to pick-up instead.
